Real-World Use Case: Auto Meeting Notes
- Google Calendar triggers the AI agent when a meeting ends
- The agent uses the Notion connector to create a new page under "Meeting Notes"
- It fills in: date, attendees, agenda, and action items
- Participants receive a link to the new Notion page via email
This entire flow runs automatically — zero manual documentation needed.
Tips & Best Practices
- Share only the pages/databases your AI agent needs — follow the principle of least privilege
- Use Notion database templates for consistent page structures
- Set up a dedicated workspace section for AI-generated content
- Monitor the integration's activity in Notion's audit log
