1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Studio Connectors services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Studio Connectors provides pre-built connector software packages ("Connectors") designed for use with Google Workspace Studio. Connectors facilitate data exchange between Google Workspace Studio AI agents and third-party services.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as one-time purchases
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a connector, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Connector(s) within your Google Workspace Studio environment. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Connectors.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Connectors interact with third-party services (e.g., Atlassian, Notion, Airtable). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each third-party service. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with third-party APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Connectors is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Connectors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
